The Insaka International Artists Trust (IIAT) is registered as a professional artists affiliate non-governmental organisation to Zambia National Visual Arts Council, which is also affiliated to the National Arts Council. IIAT operate from Rockston Studio 1985, Offices at 27 Elm Rd Woodlands, Lusaka. IIAT organises and promotes local and international artistic talent to work for fourteen days (insakartists workshops). Insaka international Artists Trust (IIAT) invites you to The 2007 Insaka International Artists Workshop in Zambia to take place between July 25th to 7th August 2007 in Siavonga. Open studio day is 4th August, 2007. The trust organizes and promotes local and international artists to work together for fourteen days away from everyday busy life, in a peaceful environment where ARTISTS can experiment, share knowledge and experiences in the process of intercultural exchange and in the making of contemporary ART from artists of diverse background.
